By signing up or using Aculeads, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. These terms apply to all users, subscribers, and third-party contributors.

2. Service Description

Aculeads is a CRM with lead automation features tailored for B2B platforms like:

• Indiamart
• TradeIndia
• Justdial
• Facebook Ads Leads

Access to features depends on your subscription plan.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Aculeads is offered on a subscription + usage-based pricing model.
• Payments are collected via Cashfree Payment Gateway.
• No Refund Policy: Once a subscription is active or a service is used, no refunds are provided.
• Prices exclude applicable taxes unless mentioned.

4. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Do not resell, misuse, or share the platform for scraping/unauthorized use.
• Abide by applicable laws and third-party portal terms.

5. Termination Policy

• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse or non-compliance.
• Upon termination, your data remains available for 30 days.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Maximum liability is capped at the total amount you paid in the last 12 months.

7. Jurisdiction

• All legal matters will be subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

8. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• We aim for 99.5% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure.
• Support is provided via email/chat within working hours. Critical issues are addressed within 24 hours.
